Mystery Badge - Navy ?

Hi,
Does anybody recognise this badge. Not Royal Navy, but with star above and star below the headphones, it would appear to be from some Navy.
Acquired a short time ago from a dealer.
Thanks
Andy

These four are again embroidered through a linen backing fabric. However, they are much stiffer and all of them look and feel to be of a modern construction.

You are doing a good job of putting me off collecting Royal Navy badges, lol. I would be surprised if it is as bad as regimental badges though, with even modern and everyday badges being...

But what to collect first, cap...
