I am fairly sure this is a Canadian made aircrew NCO sleeve eagle, worn above the chevrons by sgt's and flight sgt's. Brit made ones were lugged, and as David says, the round nuts appear Canadian....

Can anybody identify this clan badge please? The closest I have been able to find is Scottish Rite masonic badge, so maybe a masonic piper's badge?
