Another badge from the same dies, this time...

Another badge from the same dies, this time someone has had a go at enameling it as a brooch, but it still retains its lugs?

However it does appear to have age.

I wonder if it was a medium button?, sometimes smaller script is left out on scrolls and you start to wonder if they are TA Bn's or if was just too small to include.
