Out of interest, how is the wm element of the QVC...

Out of interest, how is the wm element of the QVC badge fitted? I think for the reasons given previously its not a correct badge but the overlay looks strange, is it painted on?

Thanks for the feedback Brian, the badge isdefinately wm though a little tarnished. There is a green thick felt backing to this badge that has faded badly where exposed to sunlight through the badge....
