Any help appreciated to identify this badge that came with some other Commonwealth badges. It has what I believe to be a 'Sealed Patten' Seal attached to it.

I think they were worn by 'Trainees' (Deck grades) post war during their training at Gravesend Nautical Training School on a blue BD type jacket.
