I don't think the slider is long enough to be edwardian and I've got a few with longer but not that long sliders, I'd also expect a braze hole on a badge from that period also.

Being a committee badge it may be quite hard to find, there's plenty of badges out there that I don't see why they are the prices they are be them low or high, everyone and their dog have some badges...
