Tiny 3cm british Petty Officers Cap Badge?

Picked this up yesterday with a selection of other items seen in image, this Tiny badge has me perplexed I have never seen a Cap badge so small

This week’s acquisitions

Small amount of items added this week particularly pleased with 3rd Hussars and Church Lads Brigade Training Corps badge the pen knifes need some cleaning.
