That would make sense because the badge was placed on a beret dated 1979. Initially, I thought that he placed his original service badge on a new beret.

Belgian or British made SAS cap badge?

Dear All,

The Belgian SAS was trained in 1946-47 in the UK and Belgium (see pictures). Could the SAS-badge be a British made SAS cap badge? And still a WWII-version?
