Unknown red/black triangle

As picture, measuring 4cm across base, and 3cm for other lengths.

Too small for an Essex Regt WW1 flash.

Ideas please, Stephen

I've just come across a variant the badge shown above. Mine has a solid back, having been cast, not stamped. Opinions please.

Based upon Bosleys last sale of one I don't think you'll get much change from 200GBP.

Women's uniform

It does not strike me as being British. Are there any maker's labels inside that might give a clue as to origin?

Pagri flash

Neither can be that young as they both wear two service chevrons on their lower arms.

Pagri flash

The patch measures 2 1/2" x 1 1/4". This sound too big for a medal ribbon.

Are they not all variations of the OSD bronze collar dog.
I don't think 3 is gilt but a burnished bronze badge.

Please can anyone supply me a scan of RA Steel helmet markings as laid out in Army Order 2/1928. If this AO covers other Regt and Corps I would be interested to know.

Suffolk Regt anodised

I don't think there is anyone who believes these were an issue item. They did however appear in the Ordnance List of Change so at least a sealed pattern existed at one time.
