Well thank you all for this additional info. My buckle centre is brass of course so although it looks remarkably akin to the London Scottish they all appear to be white metal of chromed .

This was on ebay recently and was described as being Mersey Railway , Port Sunlight . But I really cant imagine that it is ... why would it have a King Crown and why would PSL stand for Port...
