The 2004 badge is definitely a fake Lambourne mark.

These badges are starting to assume Elvis is really alive and has been seen myth status for me.

The examples shown were FN, Smith & Wright, Uniquip and an illegible plaque suspected to be Gaunt.

The Rising Sun by Lambourne

Over the years I’ve read many posts on the forum that Lambourne & Co made (and marked) Rising Sun badges circa WW1. So much so it seems an accepted fact.

However, following on from this thread...
