Laurent,

These look like some nice WW1 US Insignia. The red circle with the blue quarter is the 35th Div, 128th Field Artillery. I'll see what I can also ID shortly.

I don't believe it's an Australian Parachute Battalion related wing.

As Jon mentioned, I believe it's an Indian made wing with red background to match the RAMC titles.
