It's a shame really, because I have never come across a Middlesex cap badge with that makers mark before. Are they common?

A nice original badge that has the scroll erased. Someone has gone to a lot of effort on this one, but to me something is not quite...

Very similar to the one shown in the opening post. No sweat holes, but this time with a "slider".

I bought it as a fake some time ago to fill a gap.
