Leicestershire Regiment ~ Battle Damaged?

I love this metal detecting find (not by myself, unfortunately) Tiger, as it shows possible battle damage with the paw being bent.

Leicestershire Regiment ~ Indian Made?

Any opinions on this would be greatly appreciated. I'm unfamiliar with the markings used by Indian makers of such badges if, indeed, this is Indian made.

Lincolnshire Home Guard Imp ~ Help Please
