In my opinion it is a British wing pattern worn from the 60's on. The black backing cloth is missing revealing the inner padding.
It may also have been worn by the NZ SAS but not the Australian SAS....

As already stated the badge is the early voided pattern and is probably genuine assuming it's white metal.

These badges originally had lugs.
