From memory there was one Battalion (13th?) who wore the cat and cabbage badge rather than the old North Hants badge worn by all other officers.

The uniform is not RHA but it's not unusual for people to attribute bandolier wearing gunners to the RHA. In fact the RFA also wore them in huge numbers for their gun limbers.
