I am not sure there is some misunderstanding here. I referred to post #26 (and the range of badges shown there), not about your image #26.

The crowns shown in the badges in post #26 looks Jordanian to me. In any case not of the Egypt republic.

I did not read all, thus I am not sure somebody already identified number 8, but it is (modern) Indian army: The Sikh Regiment.
