The J&Co one is also very nice indeed and if an OR example very unusual to be maker marked in that way by that company.

Not a tactic I would advise for reference purposes.

In this case yes that badge is genuine but all too often auction houses, even some of the better ones, sell tarted up or even completely made up...

Never buy anything solely on a sellers pedigree. There are several fakes on Lew’s site, Garry’s site and Garry’s eBay listings. Not a dig just a fact. Everyone makes mistakes and there is more info...
