British WW1 Corps Signs

Has any member come across an image or description of a WW1 Formation Sign for either the British 12th or 16th Corps when they served in Salonika? Would appreciate some feedback.

Couple of comments re the MT aspect..... the NZ Div was initially an element of the 2nd Anzac corps post arrival on the Western front and later the British 22nd Corps after changes including the move...
