i have several ww1 badges with slight variations.
this badge however does not look right to me. poor quality and looks to be fake bronzed wash with brass...

the badge is obviously made for the item, being about 30% smaller than the hat...

as you can see, the badge attached is a smaller version of the hat badge. never seen one that size before...
