The makers werent established until 1922 so not Victorian.

Possibly for a British or Commonwealth Police Force?

Also if you tried to sell them individually you would probably only get buyers for the nicer badges, ie Victorian, Officers etc and be left with all the rest.

Always buy OSD badges that have blades to be 100%...

Always buy OSD badges that have blades to be 100% sure that its a cap badge as several regiments wore identical collar badges but on loops.
