Royal Fusiliers O.R.s Kings Crown Gilded Cap Badge.

I picked this up nine years ago, unsure of what it is and still none the wiser.

Back in the 80's a Cambridge dealer told me that some Wessex Div. signs to be worn by infantry were produced with red tongues to the Wyvern and some were produced with blue, I think he said for RA....
