It's a fantasy item usually found on the tourist shields - and usually just has prong fixings on the rear - the other Gurkha Medical corps badge which the same seller is selling is a similar item.

I look after his war grave in Clevedon - there can't be many who served in both wars and ended up with a grave on land !
