Can you help with Belgium

My thoughts on this badge is that it is Belgium due to 1. the crown and 2. the colours of the rings (black/yellow/red). Crossed swords can mean ministry of defence/army
Any thoughts?

Corps of Army Music - not

I thought this might be a sweetheart brooch based on the Corps of Army Music but the wreath is not the same and there is no crown. Any ideas?

This is a mystery to me. I am told it is South African but cannot verify that. What is strange to me is that there is a Saltaire being used for a Marist Brothers badge. Any ideas as to what this is?
