They were allowed to wear the Rifle Brigade pattern as well as the KRRC pattern. Oddly,ive not come across a HMed Rifle Brigade one later than about 1930.

I thought the impression in the beret looked like a Mons badge. But the last issue anodised badge had east and west lugs. Although,the belt buckle badge was the same and that had north and south lugs.

Terry,gold wire is the Royal Green Jackets. A silver wire medic badge to the Rifles has not been produced ,so therefore doesnt exist.
