The unissued Eastern Hat and Cap Manufacturing Co. example Balmoral I have in my collection is undated but marked with a Canadian Ordnance post-SWW acceptance stamp.

That is a nice example of a NEMO Canadian Airborne Regiment cap badge and may well have been the last contract for that badge before the regiment was disbanded. NEMO was one of the companies...
