I am a ribbon collector, including mini ribbon bars. I have found the information on mini ribbons somewhat obscure and limited, the only reference to them in Royal Navy uniform regulations...

Can anyone provide an example of an original gilt rosette for the Battle if Britain clasp to the 1939-45 Star?

Attached is a photo of my only example from a contemporary ribbon bar....
