111th Infantry Bn

Has anyone seen or have knowledge on the 111B (111/CANADA) badge referred to in the Infantry Battalion book by Cross.

The description is " Browning Copper, MM: Tiptaft, Inscription: 111/CANADA"

If you have the badge, could I get an image of it - PLEASE!
