WW2 Grenade Badges

Apologies in advance if this is a silly question - but is there any difference in the grenade cap badge worn by the Royal Engineers in WW2 and the grenade cap badge worn by the Royal Artillery ? Also is there any difference in size between the cap badge and the collar. Having recently been looking into the early history of the Gurkha Engineers, I've realised that the first cadres wore both the Royal Cypher RE Cap badge on their berets and the grenade badge on the Gurkha hat. I realised for the sake of completeness for my Gurkha collection - I need to get a "correct" RE Grenade badge.

Appreciate the link. So I’m looking for a 9 flame grenade for the RE - is there any difference between the collar and the cap badge in terms of size ?

Not that I'm aware of, however I do not have reference books that cover both cap and collar badges.

No difference, they were collar badges used as a headdress badge.
