Buttons: 12 Manitoba Dragoons & Winnipeg Highland Cadets

I am by no means an active collector. I really haven't acquired much in the last 40 years or so ... Everything I have I picked up as an army cadet ending in about 1976. Since then I have been carting around a Crown Royal bag with a bunch of buttons, some collars and the odd metal title.

For unknown reasons I decided to look through the bag yesterday - I have never really looked at the buttons closely. I didn't find anything particularly earth shattering but I think I found the oldest piece in my so called "collection" - A large Winnipeg Highland Cadets button. I also found a single smaller 12 Manitoba Dragoons button and a probably very common larger 79 Cameron Highlanders of Canada button.

You wouldn't have a small 15th Light Horse button by any chance? I need one to complete a uniform.

I guess it was a worth a shot ... but no. I have a number of buttons but definitely not 15th Light Horse.
