106 Winnipeg L.I (fake or good)

Hi Gents,
Would like your opinions on this solid backed 106 Winnipeg Light Infantry badge whether it's good or bad.
I haven't seen one like this before and am unsure if it's a cap or a collar.
The badge is 38mm tall x 37mm wide.

Hi Colin, the badge looks good. No known repros of this badge to date. With the measurements, it is a cap badge. (Larry Will would like a good image of that badge.)

If possible a better photo would be great!! As always collecting images for the re-do of the Pre-14 Militia Badge book.
