A visit from a forum member today
 

Well I never, !!

I just had a visit from forum member "CAM" or Chris to you rebel's out there.:D lol

He contacted me to say he found a couple of cloth badges for me, which were on my wants list :eek:

Then he told me he lives in North Camp (Farnborough) :eek::eek:
And I live in North Lane (Aldershot) 2-3 miles away :rolleyes::rolleyes:

So I invited him over to my house, due to having a hole being dug up right outside my house & driveway on this "bank holiday" Monday.

I don't think he was ready for the moment when I took out almost all of the collection to show him. :eek::eek: Neither was Theresa :o

We had a coffee and a chat about badges and things, ...... lol

Well I just wanted to say "Thanks Chris" for the badges, and I am extremely grateful to you for finding them for me.

Nice one Ken, I been welcomed into the homes of members Peter Brydon and Paul Spellman, both of which I'm most grateful to, for sharing collections and knowledge. :)
