Blue cloth badge with gold bullion design ( look like skis. ) and letters R.M.A.S

Badge is quite thick and well produced with a leather back stiffener so could be a beret /head dress badge ? any ideas no matter how daft please let me know , many thanks.

IF it is military by origin I would favour a badge associated with the 'Royal Military Academy Sandhurst'
