RCAF/WAG wing opinions

Wondering where this one was made? It is not Canadian or British made in my opinion. Padded with the reverse having a black shiny paper fabric type material.

Has a handmade look to it but crude at the same time. India possibly?

Its made in Canada. I have a whole set, plus an AG that is RAF with a Canadian price tag on the back.

Thanks Mike, I am more accustomed to seeing the flat embroidered Canadian made wings. This style threw me a bit. Appreciate your input Jack
