RDM Fantasy Badge

Hello
I have a badge and I am finding it differcult to identify.

It is the shape of a horn (the same as Yorkshire Light Infantry) and in the centre of the horn is the legend:

1 RDM

Can anyone help me with the identification

I have seen this badge under a few different titles, Royal Devon Militia, Royal Dublin Militia, Royal Durham Militia but your guess is as good as mine as to what it really is.
