Irish Junior Division OTC / CCF Capbadges

Does anyone know the dates for when these Irish Junior Division OTCs / CCFs adopted their capbadges?

What I know....

Campbell College - Own badge originally / now R IRISH

RBAI - Own badge originally / now R IRISH

Portora - R Innis Fus / now disbanded

RSA - ? / now R IRISH

Foyle - R IRISH

Bangor Grammar - R IRISH

(I've deliberately excluded the new Cadet Expansion Programme units).
