Mystery RAN Instuctor Badge

Hi,
new member to the forum.
Medal collector mainly but have a nice selection of Aussie military badges also.
Picked this one up the other day. RAN A.T.E Instructor in white enamel.
When I work out how to post a photo I will do so.
In the meantime any pointers appreciated.

(that's the Pom's opinion anyway!)
(Presumably the badge depicts a "duck out of water"?)
