Royal Marines shoulder title

Hi guys,

I received an offer to acquire this one. Any opinions on that would be gladly appreciated.
It looks the same back fabric as other WW2 commando titles and no46 numerals. That being said I haven't seen many of this one before.

It looks a bit like the one on the top, except the "E". Can't see much lettering details on the RMRO doc.

Looks fine to me, these appear in photos from very late 1944, and then into 1945.
