Unusual eagle wings

Hi, all.

Have this eagle which I presume to be for sleeves on RAF/RCAF uniform. However, can't find any other examples which have the same pattern to the wings. Might be hard to see clearly, but, the fixing wheels are marked D.M.W. Would appreciate any information for identification.

Cheers!

Thanks for the information, Mike. At least I'm in the right neighbourhood.

Cheers!
