One for Artillery specialists

This is not strictly a badge question, but more about crowns. I picked this item up as it fascinated me, ships in bottles I've seen, but Napoleonic artillery pieces is a whole new thing to me. Obviously produced for the commercial market by someone who put a label under the diorama dated 1990, J N****** and Hove.

Looking at the cork end of the bottle it has what looks like a QVC above the cannon, would this be correct for 1810 which the gun and limber are labelled at?

On the inside of the cork there are the Artillery colours and "RA" which is what also attracted me.

Can anyone give me any information on this item please.

Apologies for the poor camera work.

Rob
