Directorate Clothing General Engineering and Maintenance (DCGEM) Badge/Label
 

Good day, I wanted to see if anyone has seen this type of badge from Directorate of Clothing, General Engineering, and Maintenance (DCGEM)

All I have is that DCGEM was the entity prior to DSSPM. Many, if not most of sealed pattern items that carried forward from DCGEM to Directorate of Soldier Systems Programme Management (DSSPM) still carry DCGEM titles. Perhaps some of you who have sealed pattern items have seen this badge attached to items (clothing or pieces of personal equipment?

Back story on the badge is my father obtained a few of them when he was in National Defence Headquarters (NDHQ) as Land Ordnance Engineering (LORE) Branch Chief Warrant Officer back in the early 1980's. I myself am a former Weapons Life Cycle Materiel Manager (LCMM) from 2004 to 2009 and spent quite a bit of time visiting the cubicles and meeting rooms of DSSPM. Never crossed my mind at the time to check into these badges with some of the folks who'd spent considerable time in the organization.
