Hi Gents,

Any idea what A.D.M.S. refers too?

Further information; it relates to the 28th Division in Alexandria Egypt 1915.

Possibly Australian?

Not very clear I'm afraid but see shoulder title insignia related to this.

Assistant Director of Medical Services, usually the senior medical officer of a division.
