HELP WITH GILT WING APPRECIATED

2 Attachment(s)
I have this pair of gilt wings which measure 42mm across. Can any Forum member help me to identify them? My own feeling is, based on the catch, that they 'could' be USA related?

Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

Kind regards, Malcolm.

Hello Steve.

Once again, many thanks for the help. Much appreciated.

Can I assume that this is a qualification badge? Or was it worn as one of a pair on both sleeves?

Kind regards, Malcolm.

Both sleeves.

Graham.

Lol beaten to it , this also comes in bullion , and WW1 ones in gold by Fix made in France ,
The wing was a qualification , I am unsure of how long they were used for.
Regards
Steve
