Hello,

I would like to know if this badge is an original item or a fake.

And if it's an original badge who would have worn it and during what time period.

I believe it's enamel between the words on the front of the badge.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is an authentic officer's pattern badge for the McGill contingent of the Canadian Officers Training Corps.

Would you know the time period it was worn e.g. WW1 or WW2 or later or even in-between the wars ?

Brooker suggests pre 1927, but that is not substantiated. They may be circa the First World War through the inter-war. Difficult to pin down.
