Theres a similar kind of badge on Regimental Badges site and it is called Royal Observer Post Royal Artillery Wing this is a pic of it

Saw a what I thought was a similar badge as first post on-line described as :
"Royal Artillery
Air Observation Post Bullion Pilot Wings"

then realised that it is probably the same badge. :confused:
