Hi, Nice collection of badges there your dad had built up over many years, a book such as John Gaylor's Military badge collecting will give you an id of most of them.

There are a few collar badges I can see which won't be so easy to id as they aren't usually in the cap badge books.

any you can't then identify the forum members should be able to.

Good decision to keep the collection. regards John

I agree,
90% are standard British Army cap badges and buying a copy of John Gaylors book will save you a lot of time.
They are in expensive and loads on ebay.
