would it be possible to date these badges ? Thank you

All of them are Second World War, the top two worn by the active army 1940-42, and by the reserve RCASC until the early post war era. The khaki drill and worsted examples in the top row are the authorized pattern. The two in the bottom row are unauthorized Canadian made titles and there is little evidence they were worn.

The bottom two were, for lack of a better term, a private purchase economy badge. The private supplier used the backing material as the "loop" by seaming the sides but not the top and bottom. The designation was embroidered only through the worsted material. These changes made the titles easier to make and less costly. However, they were not an authorized pattern, and they are only found for some of the corps and nine regiments.
