Hi All
Is this officer badge a cap or a collar badge? It is 23mm wide & 32mm high. I just bought it and it seemed a little small to me, or were the cap and collar badges interchangeable? The lugs are north/south.

I would go with a collar with north/south lugs, although, I dare say examples found their way onto berets.

Wouldn't the measurements tell you if it was a hat badge or a collar badge?
