It was in the Button Queen shop in London for many years, high up on the wall with very dirty glass. Firmin wanted it back, but they refused to sell over and over again.
I was happy to see it's still with the family and looking great.

The Bottom large crests in fire gilt appeared to be for the Stanley family ( earls of Derby ) on the bottom left side and Howards of Glossop on the bottom right side.

The whole thing was superb.

Poor programme to get screen shots from (as it was shot in a giant glasshouse!) Anyway, attached are a few screen shots for those that cannot access the programme itself.

It was valued far too low at GBP 2,000.

Some beautiful pieces. The enameled buttons while not military are stunning.
