it is austin hospital cape badge worn in the 60s/70s
it is small and pin back

Where is Austin Hospital? The title definitely has a Stokes mark.

i was offered a bag of about 50 of these a year or so before stokes closed.
also, i have been to the austin hospital museum where they have several of these badges and some attached to the capes of the 60s and 70s.
i have a pic of the cape somewhere but i cant find it at present
